1. General Returns

• You have 14 calendar days to notify us in writing of your intent to return goods.
• This 14-day period begins the day you receive your order.
• Returns are allowed for incorrect parts, faulty, or damaged goods.
• Machinery is only returnable if damaged during delivery or due to a mechanical fault.

2. Faulty Goods

• If a fault is detected upon delivery, please inform us immediately.
• Do not attempt to use faulty machines or tools.
• We will arrange for the return of the item to our depot.
• Refunds are at our discretion, but exchanges will be arranged in agreement with both parties.

3. Cancelling an Order

• To cancel an order, notify us in writing or via email detailing the reason.
• If the order has been received, return it at your own expense using a courier.
• You may also be liable for the initial delivery charges.
• Used goods are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Queries will be resolved within 14 days after the goods are returned to our depot.

4. How to Return

• Repack items using the original packaging if possible.
• Arrange a courier at your expense, clearly labelling the package with our company name and address.
• Retain proof of collection or postage for future reference.

5. Exceptions

• High-value goods may be cancelled at our discretion, and you may be required to cover costs incurred.
• Deposits made on orders may be retained in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
• Returns will not be accepted for equipment used or serviced by unauthorized individuals.
• A 20% re-stocking fee applies to items incorrectly ordered or no longer needed.

We are not responsible for goods damaged during transit unless transported by our own services. However, we will attempt to resolve issues with third-party couriers where applicable.
